“We stayed one evening due to having a morning college visit the next day. It is located very close to campus which was convenient. Everything with the room was great! This hotel is just as their site describes, it is an older structure but with newly remodeled rooms. We have stayed in lots of inns/hotels and this was by far one of the cleanest we have been in! Will definitely be back if we have a need to be in the area again!”

“The folks who run the place are very nice. There were smoking rooms available. No one complained about me smoking weed. Dogs were $5 and mine loved the place. Plenty of room to walk them and play ball. We had a good stay while passing through.”

“I chose this because it was very close to the Wright-Patterson museum that I wanted to go to. Every evening there was a group of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle guys going up and down the street in front of the hotel making terrible noise. The owners of the hotel we're very friendly and helpful. This is where I went when I got kicked out of Nashville's knights inn because I had a motorcycle trailer on my truck”

“We stay here every August and October for shaker in the woods and Christmas in the woods. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They will make your stay enjoyable. Great location with the very good restaurant next door. Amy is a great asset to the motel. She remembers us every year. I don’t write reviews but this is the best place I’ve stayed in all my travels. The breakfast is always great with a chef that has been there for 22 years.”

“There is a lot of improvements being done. The Manger is doing a great job cleaning up the place they are also very friendly and there is a place that is fenced in for dogs to run that is really nice. The cost of the rooms makes it worth the stay with the improvements being done the Rainbow motel is a great motel to stay in for a short visit or even a longer visit. We had such a hard time finding a motel to stay with our dogs, the manager at the Rainbow was understanding and worked with us that meant a lot to me and my wife (are doggies are our kiddos). I see that manger is making the Rainbow Motel a family friendly place to stay and you can guarantee you will.”

“We really enjoyed our 1st experience at this simple but cozy campground. I'm so familiar with bigger state park ran campground so I was unsure of how it would go with a smaller family owned campground. Unfortunately it had rained quite a bit before we had arrived and that is completely out of the owners control. When we arrived we were told that our campsite was submerged in water but they did not hesitate to find us another location to set up for the night. (I wouldn't expect this at a state park campground because it's usually a get what you get situation) It was a very small corner that didn't really look like a campsite but luckily it was just the 2 of us and we are pretty flexible people. They even found us a fire ring and brought it over. It definitely added to our adventure and they even let us use the electric box next to it even though we had a primitive site originally. The lady was working super hard to accommodate the requests of every person on the campground. It seemed like she was the only staff onsite and she was a very patient lady. We would like to come back for the customer service alone. Thank you for the memories!”

“This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and it was an amazing experience. Hayley was an incredible host and had everything ready for us upon arrival. Her breakfast was fantastic as well! We stayed in Evalyn's Room which was the king suite with whirlpool bath. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The whirlpool bath was great as well. The house is located just a stone's throw away from the town square and a lot of neat little shops. Will stay again in the future!”

“Friendly staff check in was easy. Room was clean could have been a little better. But not bad. Rooms are dated. The toilet and shower are a separate room from the mirror and sink. Room seem smaller then the usual size. Hallways smelled nice. Not sure if it was comfort in signature scent as I did not see any defusers devices. But is was pleasant. Breakfast was the usual, everything was good. I was surprised to see a waffle machine other hotels I been staying at did not bring the back after COVID so that was nice to see. Kids love that. Overall not bad for the price, and I would come back to this hotel when visiting the canton area”

“Very nice and quiet retirement community 55+ not allowed to have dogs. I guess between no dogs and no kids that is why it is so quiet. My GF has a really really nice laid out trailer with a ? 2 car garage single wide, and behind that is a 4 season room. It's a very nice trailer and her bathroom has walking shower and grab bars. It's perfect for 1 or 2 people. And they are allowed a cat but must be kept inside at all times. Very nice trailer park.”

“This place is my happy place!. My fiances family owns a lot up here and we visit every summer. This place is very well maintained and managed nicely. The have a nice little gift shop in their office where you check in and an onsite bar, which is great if you just want to relax. It is clean and there is never any rif raff going on. Everyone is friendly and you can catch just about any type of fish up here. There is a spot to clean your fish and a nice public shower and restrooms....or if you gotta go there are out houses to use as well LOL !!! If you need a nice lot to rent or a get away this is perfect and right outside of sandusky and Port Clinton. My fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and will be back!! Thank you!”

“Before you stay… get an understanding of the house. This is not just any Airbnb. The house was constructed specifically for the original owners, so it’s very unique to the property and the tall slim owner. For anyone wanting to experience the uniqueness and beauty of a Frank Loyd Wright house, this is for you! We stayed with our two adult daughters and thoroughly loved the experience. We especially liked viewing the sketchbook of the original owner, who was an artist and teacher. And the staff was wonderfully responsive to any questions or needs we had. Downtown Cleveland is just a short drive away for any museums or activities you need. Restaurants and grocery store are nearby. BUT be aware that if you are a light sleeper, you will hear the highway noise. Just bring a pair of earplugs and you’ll be fine.”

“This campus is amazing! I have a fireplace, a jetted tub and a private patio in a setting that looks like an arboretum out my patio door. But really, the diamond here is the food and service in the restaurant. I had the house cabernet before I ordered the crab cakes and risotto. The crab cakes were simply delectable. The head chef comes out of the kitchen making sure everything is just right. I opted to sit at the bar and it was perfect. Jera was my server and she is on point with everything. I so love this place!!”

“My girlfriend and I just spent this weekend here, can’t say enough good about it. Marion is a wonderful person and is a fantastic hostess who makes you feel right at home. The property is very private, quiet, and peaceful. The room is very nice, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom (huge bathtub), lots of windows to enjoy the scenery. Marion brought us jars of sweet tasting well water, a nice breakfast and coffee each morning, and even sent me home with some catnip for the cat. Got to visit and pet the horses. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat, this is your place! You won’t want to leave”
