BUT, believe it or not, they are actually human too and omg have bad days from time to time...which in all honesty, barely affects their attitude towards the customers. They have great food that is always hot and fresh. When you get a breakfast sandwich or a burger, you can break your teeth trying to eat it cause they sat in a warmer all day, unlike other places. They sell these veggie cups that my raccoon LOVES, and the veggies are always fresh as well. They have clean restrooms, and beverage island is always clean and well stocked. If by chance it's not, all you have to do is say something and the cashiers are right on it as long as they are free of customers. They have a wide variety of things to choose from and their prices are not retarded gas station high. It's my favorite gas station around and their employees are the BEST!!!!”

It looks like they haven’t touched a piece of furniture since 2001. The tables wobble all over the place. The chairs are supposed to have cushion but they’re so old they don’t anymore. I pick my food up on Sunday & it takes me a total of 15 minutes to drive there, get my food & back home. And the customer service is top notch! Tom goes way above & beyond to help his customers. He spent an hour with me at his gym just to help me learn which exercises I should be doing. He did not charge for his time & there was zero pressure to join the gym. I wish I could give 10 stars! “Took the crew here for a nice dinner after a local sporting event and it was awesome. This place is everything I’ve ever come to expect in a big box chain steakhouse, and I love it . I’m gonna tell you they don’t take reservations and I don’t like that but they do take killer call ahead seating wait list and I do like that . With that being said, we had a 7:30 PM assignment we should’ve 15 minutes early and thankfully we did not have to wait more than 2 to 3 minutes after checking in. As you can see from the pictures it’s everything if you want to steakhouse. Sadly I forgot to get pictures of the entrées, which were delicious.. So I’m here to tell you this is a slice of heaven is definitely worth coming in pulling up a chair and grabbing a nice beer. I really can’t say enough good things about it because the staff and their excellence just push it over the top for being superb”
