First, they did a complete reroof for us including removing a skylight. We had no problems at all with the roof since! Then we had them remove a deck roof so we could have more light. They removed the deck quickly and re-shingled the area that needed it from removing where the deck roof met the regular room. You can't tell there was a deck roof there! They are great to work with and do quality work.”

Sarah from Gianna's came out, listened to our concerns, and inspected the roof. She said there was storm damage that our insurance should cover. For more than a year, she worked with our insurance company to make sure they covered the cost of the new roof due to extensive storm damage. I was mortified when earlier this year I accidentally backed a U-Haul truck into the roof overhand right in the middle of our front-facing garage, leaving a noticeable crease/crumple in the gutter as well as some damage to the shingles. After Our initial meeting I knew American Roofing and Construction Inc. would be the company we would retain to replace the aging shingles, gutters and shutters for our home. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and the respect he showed us. Mr. Mott stayed in touch with us throughout the pandemic and the Winter months to see if we had any questions or concerns regarding the proposal or scope of work that he provided us. With things opening and better weather, Mr. Mott contacted us to schedule a date that would work best for my wife and myself. We chose May, 17th. as a good starting date for our complete tear off and shingle replacement for our home. Mr. Mott and his crew worked tirelessly to insure the job was done to our satisfaction. It was truly impressive to watch a true Maestro work at his profession. The attention to detail as well as the attention and respect for our property was impressive. Mr. Mott always took time to answer any questions we had and explained things to us in detail to us as the job continued. Once the job was complete Mr. Mott and his crew made sure they did everything possible to return our property to same condition it was in prior to the new roof installation.
