“Superb all around Ben Betz did the sales and inspection of my roof. He is very professional and always prompt with return calls and stuck to scheduled appointments. He answered all my questions and made the process of dealing with the insurance company a breeze. Ben also was patient as I decided on the shingle selection and even took the time to go on the roof with the different selections so I could see what they would look like on the roof. Didn't take long for a scheduled date for roof installation. The roofing Crew showed up promptly and got right to work. They moved items and covered ground and bushes with tarps. Very friendly and courteous. When I returned home from work the roof looked amazing and the yard was rid of debris and items placed back. Lonnie the project manager came out after and did a double check. Very satisfied with this entire process using Feazel and their crew. Would highly recommend.”

I've been in the retail customer service business for 35 years and I loved the way you handled the day. When unforeseen issues arose, which is almost always the case with a 125 year old house, you involved me in the approach to resolve the issues. The entire crew was kind and answered my questions. They cleaned up after themselves and they did not smoke, so no cigarette butts all over my yard! Overall you scored an A+. SMALL COMMERCIAL OFFICE After dealing with many other roofing contractors over the years with varying degrees of success, it was refreshing to call Bradford and have them come out an inspect the roof of my office condo due to a leak. When no one else would show up because it was winter they came out and assessed what they could. As soon as the snow melted they gave it full inspection and sent pictures. Work to be completed when weather permits. I liked them so much they bid my house and while everyone else complains they have no crews because of COVID, Bradford has crews ready to go ASAP.”

Rick came out a couple years ago and to inspect my roof and was completely honest about my roof not needing to be replaced right now.
