“We used the the Kaye Construction team to remodel two bedrooms into a primary bedroom w/ a bathroom addition and a walk-in closet in our 100+ year old Lakewood home. Ron's experience in working on older homes allowed as to discuss some of our different options and price points when talking through the quoting process, and we didn't feel pressured to make a decision. They were flexible with a couple of additions/adjustments to plans during the beginning stages of the process. Josh and the rest of the team did quality work, and they did a really good job matching to the original trim/baseboard in areas that required it. We would definitely look at using the Kaye team again for future projects.”

The quoted price was the price we paid and the extra attention to details was a plus like painting the vent pipes, cleaning the skylights and clearing the gutters several times. Get a quote for a steel roof then get a quote for a traditional roof, you'll be amazed.
