“Nice little nature park with a loop walking trail. Kind of muddy in the winter but a peaceful walk in the middle of suburban neighborhoods. You almost fell like you are or in the real woods for a short time. Great place to walk your dog.”
Address: 12048 NW Blackhawk Dr, Portland, OR 97229, USA
“A peaceful little park, dropping a star as there's no dedicated parking, but enjoyable still and nice walks in the areas surrounding if you enjoy looking at good house architecture.”
Address: 4400 NE Century Blvd, Hillsboro, OR 97124, USA
“Diverse in activities playing structures, fields, courts, and patrons. Water park for hot days and a nice path for a brisk walk on cold days. Hillsboro parks and rec host many of their summer sport camps here. Only issue is if you handicap prepare for a mildly lengthy journey to the play structure or sand box with your child. Easy access if your going to water park or basketball courts.”

“The earliest markers are from 1860s. A very Iarge Pioneer cemetery. A large "Indian bean" tree in the middle with pretty flowers in season. Large oaks. Many of the names in this cemetery are the names of the local streets, roads, and areas. Very few markers are newer than 1950s.”

“This course is tree city! Holes are close together and not a lot of large hills. Easy to navigate even without UDisc. Best to throw yellow and orange discs with so many ferns wanting to hide your disc right under your nose. Mostly shaded so great to play when it’s warm out. Nice restroom at the start of the course with ample parking. Definitely a great course to get your tree game honed in.”
Address: 5915 SW 170th Ave, Beaverton, OR 97007, USA
“A hidden gem for young kids. They have great soccer fields to play in. Kept very clean and the artificial turf is in great condition. Plenty of play areas for the kids, swings, slides, and many other activities. Didn't see any food so make sure to bring snacks.”

“The newest state park also had the newest and cleanest facilities. Generously sized 2 room cabins are well insulated and heated. Plenty of sleeping space. Excellent camp for access to trails, disc golf, and weather permitting stargazing. No fishing/swimming opportunities is the only reason I can't give 5 starts”
Address: 3014 18th Ave, Forest Grove, OR 97116, USA
“A lot of parking along the street and nearby at the school. Good playground structure with 3 slides. We had a lot of fun on the mary-go-round and swing set. There is also a baseball field adjoining the play area. Good family park!”

“Very small "park", a plot of land too small for a house yet containing a very large old-growth Douglas Fir tree thriving on it. It's also at the round-about on Avery St.”
Address: 535 NE 24th Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97124, USA
“Nice urban park with large oak trees. Sizable play areas. Looked like there are some drainage problems. I want to see this park in the summer.”
Address: 50250 SW Scoggins Valley Rd, Gaston, OR 97119, USA
“Visited Monday 1/10/22, you must pay ($7) the electronic machine (cash or credit) at the park entrance to park at any of the parking areas here. This is not a gated entrance. All bathrooms except vaulted toilets are closed from sun down to sun up. All recreation sites I visited were open. This park is well worth a visit and most if not all recreation sites have restrooms, lake access, handicap accessible & handicap parking and great for young children with many amenities.”
Address: 12765 NW Main St, Banks, OR 97106, USA
“If you want fun, here you go. Tractors pulling, trucks and pickups pulling, lawnmowers pulling. Then and then, the combine demolition! Oh my God, how cool is this! Crash till they can't anymore but the judges watch close for safety. Very good. Could do better with announcing, keeping kis off the fence, and the kids trying to park cars. Will be here next year. Hopefully the prices won't go to much more.”

“The park could stand to be larger, and the pathways could use some fresh mulch more often. This is still a nice little park to sit around at if few people are there.”
Address: 6500 SW 160th Ave, Beaverton, OR 97007, USA
“Mount Williams Park is a wonderful park on the west side of Beaverton with access from the Westside Regional Trail. It offers a great incline to help add a little burn to a hike, bike ride, or jog. There are also some excellent views from the high points and multiple trails to create extended loops and to visit other parks. Great area for an outing!”

“This is a great park. There is a river next to it. There are many kinds of sports to play. Examples: tennis, rowing, running, walking. There are many equipment for children to play with. Very friendly to dogs, dogs can swim in the river.”
Address: 44862 NW David Hill Rd, Forest Grove, OR 97116, USA
“This park is a nice one and the grass is kept up. There’s a small winter area (see picture with the bark), a larger small dog area, and a big open area for the mixed doggos. Inside the large mixed dog area is agility equipment. I do see people bring their kiddos and they have something to play on too! There’s plenty of water available, trash cans/bag stations are provided and close enough to where you’re not having to walk outside the park or trek however long to a trash. There’s plenty of parking. There’s also a baseball field and nature trails right outside the dog areas. There aren’t really paths (paved or dirt), but the parking lot is paved, walk to the park is paved, and there’s the area under the gazebo thing that’s paved (James in the pic is lying on it). I will note- I do find a lot of people at this particular location with intact dogs, more so than other parks we have been to. James gives it the paws up!”

“It's definitely fun for the kids! We love playing basketball at Bard Park!! The playground keeps the littles interested as well! Perfect spot for a boy mom to engage in a little sport fun, yet my daughter and I have fun at the play ground and kick the soccer ball and play Frisby and catch for some sport fun too! Perfect for the family! Love it! ❤️”

“Really nice park. It has a loop path, large playground, 2 gazebos, basketball hoops, skate park, 2 porta potties and a dog park, and it has a large flat grass field. It's really well maintained too.”

“This is one of my son's favorite parks because the play structure is pretty good for toddlers. Very clean park. Cute little lending library. Only issue is parking can be tricky - the dedicated spot is small and the on street parking can be full. Better to walk here if you can.”
Address: 46280 NW Cedar Canyon Rd, Banks, OR 97106, USA
“A very nice little park, with great bird viewing. Easily accessible from Highway 6 via Cedar Canyon Road. Very quiet except for the birds. Picnic tables and clean restroom. Short and easy Trail.”
Address: 14895 SW Hart Rd, Beaverton, OR 97007, USA
“Beautiful wooded park with a lot of nice hiking trails. It's just minutes away and feels like you've driven to the middle of nowhere. Don't let the tiny parking lot fool you...the park is bigger than it looks from the street. The main trails are paved and there are some unpaved trails that take you through more of the park. Great place to walk your dog. People like to hide painted rocks in this park so keep a lookout and you might find a small piece of art to take home with you!”
