“Beautiful Lil slice of nature, so contained in a 6 block city park. Half is covered by water, giving a great view for watching birds, frogs, rabbits and a bunch of other critters. You don't know what's on the inside of this place until you venture in and see it yourself. It truly is beautiful.”

“This is a great place to stay for all you folks with RVs. Spaces are large, surroundings are quiet, the ladies in the office are always friendly and I'm sure they're smiling under their masks. Your fur babies are welcome, there's on site laundry, clean restrooms and showers. There's even a pool open for the summer season. Also, walking distance to Elmer's, Arby's, Jack in the Box, Jimmy John's, Starbucks, and The Outlet Mall.”

It was my 1st time on red fox trail , I had gone to the Tryon creek trail for years, but ohhhh my gosh this TED FOX TRAIL was so much more beautiful than the other side of this vast land of trails”

“Super confusing to find - you have to go through some apartment complex nearby. Drove all around it with no clear entrance. There are parking spots designated for people going to the pond / park. Cute ! lots of ducks and dragon flies. Nice trails not too steep or anything. Has a small dock for fishing”

“If you haven't experienced Gresham's Main City park, don't miss out & put it on your to-do list! With 20 acres of park including, walking paths, the Japanese gardens, the play area, the fenced dog park, the ball fields or if you want a great meet up place if your on the Springwater trail - it has it all! I've not listed everything this area has to offer, it would take me way more time, & honestly taking about it, I think I'm going to load up the fur children & head out there! Especially now in October, the leaves are phenomenal. See you there!”

“Beautiful newish park. Took a 4.5 year old, and the playground/jungle gym was too hard for him. Same with another kid that was there. Both of the parents agreed next year or 2 years from now (age 6-7) he will really be able to enjoy it. It is super fun for this adult, but challenging and scary for smaller kids. We had a great time though!!! Great dog park and wonderful memorial to a fallen member of the armed service.”

“We love Barton Campground! It's great for this single mom when I'm looking for a quick get away. It's not far out, it's close enough to town that I can run grab something if I need to, it's got a playground, flushing toilets and showers. It's not to isolated so I feel safe when it's just me and the little guy. And, the river is right there with lots of safe spots to play.”

“I really like this park. It is nice, kept clean and contained. There field is very nice as well. This park also has an area in the back to be able to go walking through trees and you could find painted rocks throughout it. “We had a great visit at Tollen Farm. Tonie is so kind and welcoming. She introduced us to the mini donkeys and taught us many things about them. I had no idea a mini could be pregnant for 14 months! There's a very sweet pregnant mama there now, due in July. It was amazing to see and feel her belly full of baby. We also got to meet the rescue horses that live on the farm. Highly recommend visiting Tollen Farm! Just watch closely for the sign and turn to the farm, because it's easy to miss. Also, remember to leave a donation for the donkeys, because Tonie welcomes people to her farm and gives of her time for free. 💜”
