“While driving to Chicago from South Jersey for a bike race, our Honda Odyssey started having mechanical issues. We left our car in airport parking & got a rental. I called immediately to schedule service on our return trip 5 days later. They squeezed us in, knowing we needed our only way home fixed. Upon arrival today, they swiftly determined the problem, ordered the part, and knocked it out. Haley Rudy was so kind & polite, explaining everything & going so far as to recommend local lunch options. We were back on the road within 2.5 hours. They even washed the car! “I lost my brother to suicide 10 years ago in 2011 and was still seriously struggling with grief in 2013. My primary dr suggested I reach out to Rebecca at H3 for some therapy as it was clearly needed. I will never forget the first call I had with Rebecca - I was in tears and she immediately scheduled me for an appointment. To say this changed my life would be an understatement. Rebecca provided me with a safe place to unload, and gave me so many tools to deal with my grief, anxiety and depression. I moved away from st Clair shores in 2017. I tried to find a therapist in my new city but never had the connection I had with Rebecca. Fast forward to 2020 and covid and virtual appointments- I was able to connect with Rebecca and have regular appointments again. It was my little glimmer of hope when everything around us was going crazy. I honestly could go on and on about how great this place is; the people, the compassion, and the knowledge to help people get through some of the worst times. Even if you're not struggling with grief or other issues, life is tough sometimes! It's so wonderful to have someone to talk to and I will always recommend the team at H3 to everyone I know.”

“I know in these times it's hard to get workers but this place surprised me. It was peak dinner time and there was only 2 people working. One was cooking and one was handling the drive-thru. We asked after we ordered and it was confirmed. Those two were hustling and apologizing when they didn't have to because we understood. I wish I could remember their names but I hope they were getting something extra from their employer. That's the first time I ever gave a tip at a drive thru. I've had worse service from a full crew. These 2 were the best.”

“Our server, Michael, was very friendly and provided great service. This was our first time here. It’s on the out lot of the hotel where we are staying. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options. I had Bananas Foster French toast, bacon, and an egg. All of which were delicious. I was thinking when I bit into the bacon that it was surprisingly seasoned well and tasty at the same time my husband said the exact same thing. The bacon looked so normal but really tasted superior. I will look forward to coming back the next time we are in town.”

“Pizza looked great, but I give a 4 because taste fell a little short for me. The tomato sauce is missing a bit of seasoning/salt or sweetness to it.. the cheese sticks also were a bit too oily for my palate. Besides that it looked great and portions were nice. **Update August 8/2021** Pizza sauce for some reason lacks just a bit of sweetness or salt still to me,maybe it’s just my palette though. But I feel if they tweak the sauce a bit, then MAN they’d be HUGE COMPETITION to a lot of pizza places I’ve been to. Crust was nicely charred. And on top of that the two gentlemen there were very friendly. 4/5 is still my rating 👍”

“We had a good but short stay here after a late night arrival. Check in was quick and the desk attendant was nice. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The hotel is showing it’s age a little and we did hear some loud yelling from nearby. Everything in our room was clean although the toilet was slow to flush at times.”

“Woke this morning desiring food that would move me. Walked from my hotel to Primanti Bros. Greeted and Seated by Sadie. Mikaela, my server, came over shortly to introduce herself and take my order. "When Pigs Fly" jumped off the menu at me. I ordered it. It was not long before this beautiful presentation of turkey, ham, bacon, fried egg, provolone cheese, sliced tomato, on the thickest fluffiest freshest bread, was placed in front of me. I had to cut it in half to get it into my mouth. The first bite all the way to the last morsel made me feel like I was floating with the clouds. The manager and creator of this sandwich, Sam, stopped by my table. I told him that every bite was HEAVENLY.”
