“I honestly didn't know that I needed to try this many olive oils or vinegars in my life until I stopped in here. I bought a Mediterranean olive oil, after trying a few, because I knew I needed it for my meals after tasting. My mother left with a bottle of sundried tomato vinegar, which was recommended my one of the workers, thankfully so, because my mother would NEVER try anything with the words "tomato" on the label. After the woman heard my mom talking about a salad she had once, and never found a vinegar with that flavor ever again, she stepped in and recommended the one my mother wound up leaving with. (a gray haired woman with short hair- very sweet & a huge help). It was like 2 days ago and my mother is still obsessed that she found the best vinegar ever. Lol.”

“LOVE this place. The store has a small foyer at the entrance, and then you go back, and back and back. Some items were a bit over my head, but much of it I could afford. I found the prices to be fair, and the inventory vast and varied. NOT just your typical antiques, but lots of cool things. I got a Waterford vase. It is stunning. I paid $75.. more than I can afford, but too well priced to pass it up. I'm not sure who I worked with, Liz or Rosemary... one is the owner, the other is the sister. I worked with the sister. “What a great company! We absolutely love our water softener! We had Walt come and do the demonstration to show us what was in our water and we decided to get the softener. We were not pressured into buying anything it was completely our choice and it was totally worth it! Mark also did a great job installing it and we couldn't be happier with everything and how it turned out! I was able to show her reference pictures and she gave suggestions on how to achieve a similar look for less, and was always available to answer any questions. I checked the firearms out and saw they had a pretty good selection of handguns in stock, new, at good prices. She offers so many delicious cake and frosting flavors to choose from! We ended up ordering a smaller single tier cake along with an assortment of cupcakes. From the time of our tasting to our wedding day we had consistent communication and Alexis would answer any and all questions I threw her way. Her husband, Al, went out of his way to deliver our items to our venue which helped make our big day run smoothly. Our display table looked beautiful and is just what we pictured. My husband and I enjoyed the cake and our guests raved about all of the yummy options we had available. This isn't the first time we've had a dessert from the Novel Baker - Alexis made cake pops for our engagement, cupcakes for my bridal shower, and has made a dessert for just about every other family celebration we have had in the recent years. She mentioned when we talk to her for the 1st time that client service and client satisfaction is her USP and she was absolutely right. She made sure we get the balloons and everything of our choice. She came to check the venue few days in advance and gave us good suggestions. No matter how busy she is planning or working on other events but she always responds to you quickly. We forgot to bring the teddybears for the center piece when we went to check the venue. She drove again in the evening half way to collect it.
