Once we agreed on the work, they started on the job right away. Not only were they efficient, but the work crew was courteous and asked detailed questions to ensure they were doing what I wanted. I had all of my basement copper pipes replaced with color-coded PVC pipes. Now, when I go in my basement it is easier to distinguish between my various pipes. Overall, the work performed was excellent. The workers were very kind, professional, and attentive. They even made sure to leave the area neat and clean. We did have an issue with the internal piece to the headband breaking. I reached out to customer service simply to ask if there is something we could do to increase the life of the product. Unequal replaced our product within a day! I was happy with the product and would have purchased another but didn't have to. The product is Unequal and so is the Customer Service.
