Everyone has aalways been so very helpful but recently Megan Spanbauer, a Customer Service Specialist has went above and beyond to help me. I recently had an issue with identity theft and fraud and was dealing with quite a nightmare. She spent many hours of her time reaching out to multiple recipients with letters, phone calls, emails and documentation to help me get this issue cleared up. Megan was super kind, efficient, so patient and gave me much needed reassurance, comfort and peace of mind. She assured me that she (they) would be there with me every step of the way and she was, EVERY STEP. Erie has also been wonderful through other issues in the past such as hail damage and a run in with a deer. Both of those instances were completely handled with ease and satisfaction. “Wonderful, quiet, peaceful family-owned CG. We only stayed one night, but we really enjoyed it, and we would love to return. The family who owns the CG is extremely nice. The grounds are extensive and beautiful, well-kept up and everything is very clean. A small pond, beautiful tent sites, wooded and shaded. OH – the price! Our site was $35 !! Where have you ever seen a price like that for a beautiful CG?! The drawback: no internet, no swimming, very poor phone reception. If there were internet and good phone reception, I’d give this CG 5 stars. For now, it’s 4 stars, but unplug and you’ll enjoy it!”

“I didn't have an appointment, but I called to see if they could take care of me. They didn't answer the phone the first time I called. I left a message and they called me back as soon as they could. That shouldn't be a major thing to celebrate, but sadly, it's far too rare these days. Impressive customer service. They squeezed me in on a Saturday between appointments. The shop isn't a bright shiny state-of-the-art showroom or anything like that, but don't let that sway your decision to pay them a visit. They did my rear window (I did my own side windows but wasn't confident I could do the rear cleanly). In and out in about an hour and they let me hang out in the shop and watch them work. They took excellent care with my car. Solid professional execution and I couldn't be happier with the results. VERY fair price as well. I'd definitely go back if I needed tint service again.”
