The dealership was tossing me around, my original mechanic was wasting my time. Then I came to Busted Knuckle. Nate was able to uncover issues my original mechanic was not fixing. He was able to dig in and take his time to find the issues. He and Nancy also guided me on what was covered under my warranty to save me money. They helped me navigate the new dealership as well since I had continued terrible experiences with them. Due to a leaking strut I made an appointment to have both front struts, mounts and sway bar links replaced on my 2012 Mazda 5. Dropped it off at 9am and they immediately gave me a ride back home. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Got a call that the work was completed at 1pm. They checked the wheel alignment and found it to be fine so no alignment was needed and gave me a printout of the alignment trading both before and after the work was done.
