“The Alisar House aka The Mansion was beyond beautiful. The grounds the Mansion is on are absolute wonderful kept and the inside is just as amazing and yes it is kid friendly. We stayed her before my best friends wedding. Just to enjoy her before her big day. Lamra and his father Albert are such great owner. The beds were so amazing I didn't want to leave. I will definitelybe back and send others”

“The Manayunk Chambers Guest House is just a fantastic gem in the heart of lovely Manayunk. The owner, Mark, is a professional baker and chef who prepares fresh baked pastries each morning -- scones and muffins and such -- and serves them alongside delicious crepes with fruit and meats and cheese and coffee. A perfect way to start the day. The house itself is fantastic. It is decorated like a 19th C. salon with art and beautiful furniture and a piano. We had a gas fireplace in our room and a beautiful bathroom with an amazing shower (and a bidet!). Wine, beer, coffee, tea, and snacks were available around the clock. Most important, Mark is just a kind and wonderful host who pays attention to every detail and is responsive to even the smallest query. He loves what he does and love chatting with guests. He's a great host. I can't recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely be returning.”
