“I worked with Bailey Diaz for an online purchase and she went to bat for me with the dealership to work out a good deal. She was straightforward and did not go through a lot of back and forth. She was very responsive and followed up on a regular basis. The pricing was very competitive which was why I live in Atlanta but purchased out of state with this dealership. The online pricing requires that you use their financing but it’s still a better deal even with shipping which was only $650 through an independent agent. Just getting a second wash for the exterior because I shipped it uncovered. Beautiful vehicle !!!”

“Mr. Offstein gave me hope that there’s still good people in this world . I was in a car accident last year and offstein towing is who came and towed my car bc it was totaled . Long story short the insurance company I was dealing with tried to leave me with 16000 in mitigation fees even though the accident wasn’t my fault. After months and months of disputes involving the mitigation fees with the insurance company, Mr. Offstein assured me he wasn’t going to stick me with the bill. Instead, he was very fair and he reasonably decreased the amount I owed to him in a way not to place further burden on me following the accident. I would definitely 10/10 recommend his services to anyone that is in need of them!!!!”

“We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester from this dealer in September. The vehicle was misrepresented on the listing originally; when we went to look at it, it has 6,000 more miles on it than originally what was posted. The vehicle was still within the price range of expected though for that vehicle. A month and a half later, the vehicle started making awful grinding noise back left wheel well after having a recent August inspection. Mechanic said it needed front brakes, back brakes and rotor. Very distraught about this; had not anticipated $400 into the vehicle after a new inspection. Called the dealer and spoke to George about these concerns and quickly resolved the situation. Very professional business service and very much appreciated. Giving 5 stars for the customer service and care.”

“Edited: The buying process was easy and simple. However, I didn’t even have my SUV for 30 days and already had to use the warranty on it and pay out of pocket. What they don’t tell you is with the warranty, you still have to pay diagnostic fees, taxes, and they don’t cover anything extra. I didn’t even drive mine for 500 miles and it needed a water pump, which was covered by the warranty but NONE of the fluids or gaskets were. So while I didn’t have to pay the labor and parts portion; I still paid over $300 out of pocket. We had it for two days and replaced the blend door actuator ourselves because it blew ice cold air on the passenger side. When we contacted them, we got told the GM had been driving it with no issues. Extremely frustrating. I get I bought a used car but these were issues that should have been fixed before delivery to us. Wow, what can I say. I stumbled across this place by accident and I am so glad I did. The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in 37 years! And I do a lot of car buying. I never stepped foot in this dealership or Even near it and felt like I had known Erica my entire life. The whole process was so simple and smooth. And they delivered it with a smile on their face. I’ve been a loyal customer to another dealer for 7 years and I do believe I just found my new place to buy from. Thank you for such a great experience!!!!!”
