The bill (with tip) was over $27.00. That’s about 3 times more than other similar fast food meals. I don’t know how a family could afford this. A family of 4 would be more than $100. Again awesome food, but is the juice worth the squeeze? Because of the price is why I am rating only 4 stars. If it was more reasonably priced, it would definitely be 5 stars.”

Don't overdo the salad bar because you'll want to save room for some great cuts. The smoked salmon from the salad bar is really good. I also liked the ribs and macaroni. You also get appetizers on your table. The fried bananas were great but they got cold pretty fast so that was a bit of a bummer. Out of all the main courses, the salmon with the sauce and the filet wrapped in bacon had to be my favorite. There was soo much that it was hard to keep track of what I had on my plate. I always asked for rare cuts and it all tasted delicious. Tons of flavor and really juicy. Really can't go wrong on getting anything they're offering.”

I visit Brownsville infrequently and have visited this restaurant over the years when it was under different management. These owners appear to have brought a fresh attitude for success. I ate there twice. Once in the downstairs bar area on wings night. Very good wings that were reasonably priced. Small but decent selection of beer. No smoking was a huge plus. Dinner in the main dining room was very good. The décor and ambiance are great. The upstairs rooms have been finished nicely and offer a great setting for small private dinners. I wish them the best.”
