“Locke 4 is one of the best trail systems in the Nashville area. There are several miles of trail with varying terrain, but most are easy and Family friendly (However there are at least two jump lines for more advanced riders). The trail has beautiful views of the Cumberland River, and there is plenty of wildlife to see (Deer are always there, and are not scared of people).”

“The food was good but it wasn’t as good as it could be because it wasn’t made with 100% Mexican ingredients like most truly authentic Mexican restaurants are in the southwest. My chicken enchilada tasted like it had some type of cheese whiz in it. I’m not sure if that’s what it was, and it was alright but authentic is better. The chips were very good. They were light and tasty and the salsa was a perfect blend of tasty and just the right amount of spice. Cindy had seafood tacos. I took a bite and they were absolutely delectable, they were nearly perfect white meat fish that was light and sweet. I’d go again. I would encourage you to try it too.”

“I've had numerous opportunities to work in a one-on-one setting with Kwan Jang Nim David Hughes, and I'm excited to see him expand into more private tutoring. He has a wealth of knowledge about a wide range of martial arts, from Jiu-Jitsu and groundfighting (his specialty) to kickboxing, mma, and even traditional martial arts for both combat and performance. Beyond this, though, Master Hughes excels as a problem solver, on the mat as well as in instructing and even life coaching. “We love Compass and all of the providers here! We have seen all three of them, and they are all three some of the nicest providers I’ve met! They are amazing people, who love caring for children. We have four friends who go here (total of 7 kiddos), and all of us love this practice. I have never had to worry about being able to be seen when we need to, they always make a way. They are ALWAYS extremely prompt on answering the phones or calling you back when you leave a message for the nurse. I’m a first time mom and call them frequently, and they have never made me feel like I call too much. My son was pretty sick at three months, and they were on top of everything for us and helped him feel better very quickly. The office itself is so nice and it feels clean! I trust my baby with them 100% and will continue bringing our future children here.”
