“I am temporarily in a wheelchair recovering from hip surgery. May 8, 2023 was my first visit to this store and I required a motorized chair (provided by the store). No fewer than a dozen employees offered assistance throughout my 2 hour shopping trip, from a gentleman helping me operate the scooter when I arrived until a nice man helping me when I left. No one was condescending or obvious about their offers of assistance - they were just bright and cheerful and kind. I wish I knew the names of these great workers so I could praise them individually, but they were in every department from pet supplies, housewares, patio/gardening, and cosmetics. “In defense of the employees; this location gets a lot of disrespectful people who steal and move items around like nobody's business. It's hard for them to keep up with on a daily basis with a short staff. That being said, (most of) the staff are very kind people. The corporate side of the company couldn't care less about how hard they work some of their management staff though. It's apparently policy that the bathroom doors be locked at all times and if you need to use it you have to pull a manager away from their work to unlock it for you like a six year old asking a teacher for a hall pass. and god FORBID you ask the cashier for bathroom help because they will ANNOUNCE IT OVER THE INTERCOM.. again this is apparently POLICY. I dunno, just seems really asinine to me. Other than that, I see most of the managers intensely fast walking all over the place just to keep up with their employee and customer requests. Oh and never have I ever seen MANAGERS stocking as much as these guys do. they don't have any stocking staff whatsoever. So the 1300+ boxes getting stocked on the shelves every week? Thank the two main managers for that, Blue Beanie and Red Beard 👏👏👏 (I do not know their names but that's what I'm calling them and you should too)”

“Our pup tore apart a section of our carpet and we were at a loss of what to do. Luckily, we had an extra section of carpet that would work for a replacement but we had such a tough time finding someone to come repair it for us. But Carpet technologies was able to repair it in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. They were quick to respond, super professional and at the end of the day, you couldn't even tell that it happened! Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!”

“I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International. David the salesman met me within days of our initial inquiry with show room materials and provided an accurate quote. The job was scheduled for within a week of our meeting and completed in one day. This was very impressive considering we didn’t have to remove furniture and there was a mixture of flooring throughout the house including old carpet, hardwood and linoleum. They 5in vinyl plank we chose looked great and was installed properly and topped off with 1/4 round that gave it that finished look. Great experience from start to finish and helpful payment options!”

“This has been the best mattress buying experience in my life! Brian was the most kind and helpful man and made sure I was given 110% customer care! They not only gave me a great deal on both a new mattress, but they gave me the box spring and mattress cover/pillow package set for free!! Then they went a whole extra 10 miles and had everything shipped to me out of state and paid for almost the entire shipping cost! Then when the wrong size frame was delivered they paid for the replacement and refunded me an extra $40 on top of the cost of that! They are AMAZING!!! I would recommend this store to everyone and anyone!!! They are a family owned business and no mattress store chain can compare!”
