“I am temporarily in a wheelchair recovering from hip surgery. May 8, 2023 was my first visit to this store and I required a motorized chair (provided by the store). No fewer than a dozen employees offered assistance throughout my 2 hour shopping trip, from a gentleman helping me operate the scooter when I arrived until a nice man helping me when I left. No one was condescending or obvious about their offers of assistance - they were just bright and cheerful and kind. I wish I knew the names of these great workers so I could praise them individually, but they were in every department from pet supplies, housewares, patio/gardening, and cosmetics. “Probably the most pleasant car buying experience ever. The vehicle price was spot on, and they never tried to sell me any additional costly items. I asked for the extended warranty, they didn't pressure me into getting one. I called them in advance, informed them that we were driving down because vehicles in our area were becoming over priced, and they had the exact vehicle we were looking for. They had the vehicle ready when we got there. After the test drive and checking it out, we may have stayed only 30 additional minutes for the paperwork. After we returned home from buying it, we scheduled an appointment with our local dealership. The only thing they found was a dry rotted tire, which we replaced. Awesome, hassle free experience from a smaller dealership.”
