“What a beautiful quaint cottage this is. It’s a wonderful place tucked away in beautiful Leeper’s Fork. We enjoyed the cottage as well as the peaceful surroundings of the wooded lot. The outdoor shower is a nice touch after enjoying a night around the fire pit. We loved the little shops and the restaurant just a few miles away. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great escape.”

“My wife and I were casually searching for a new home for 3-4 months. We looked at building with Beazer Homes in a new neighborhood in Fairview and looked at several other homes. All of the options were either out of our price range or just not a great fit for us. In most cases, I wasn't all that thrilled with the quality or features of the home for those that were out of our price range. Beazer was nickel and dimeing us every time we turned around. Then we stumbled on a home built in Kingston Springs less than 2 miles from where we were living at the time, which allowed us to keep the kids in the same schools. The second we walked in the door, my wife and I turned to each other and said, "This is the one." Real hardwood floors, craftsman trim on ALL the doors and windows, soft closing cabinets, mud room bench with hooks, tankless water heater, great quality faucets, fixtures, appliances and more. We've lived in this home for a year now and we still love it and can't believe that we get to live here at times. Thank you Brent & Bending Chestnut for providing a great quality and visually stunning house for us to call home.”

“Soooo... if you want to make NYC style pizza crust in the south....YOU CANT!! It's in the water, as the previous owners found out and other numerous southern pizzerias know. The trick is to make it great tasting with what you are working with here, and this place nails it! If I had to give it a name, I would call it thin crust Sicilian. Light and crispy with a great soft chew...lots of lovely air pockets on the bottom. Another true test of great pizza is the Sausage once again just perfect. The sauce is flavorful yet doesn't overpower any of the other flavors. The ingredients on everything I tried were as fresh as I have had at any pizza place. They had about 15 different flavors of slices and the owner said they offer full pies by the slice so you can mix and choose from the many many choices. So if you are looking for NYC style pie, try somewhere else to be unsatisfied, but if you want somewhere to have some pizza that is its OWN thing. This is the place. Old ,fat and well traveled pizza guy gives it the best pie in Franklin award.”

“Austin inspected our roof, and provided a thorough analysis of the condition of the roof and why it had failed before the expected lifespan. I appreciate the time he spent with me and my wife detailing all of the options. Austin provided us with two different full replacement options, and a spot repair option. We chose to do the spot repairs and his crew were friendly, professional, and did quality work that will give us another couple of years out of our roof. Austin and QE Roofing & Restoration will definitely get our business again when it comes time to replace our whole roof.”

“In defense of the employees; this location gets a lot of disrespectful people who steal and move items around like nobody's business. It's hard for them to keep up with on a daily basis with a short staff. That being said, (most of) the staff are very kind people. The corporate side of the company couldn't care less about how hard they work some of their management staff though. It's apparently policy that the bathroom doors be locked at all times and if you need to use it you have to pull a manager away from their work to unlock it for you like a six year old asking a teacher for a hall pass. and god FORBID you ask the cashier for bathroom help because they will ANNOUNCE IT OVER THE INTERCOM.. again this is apparently POLICY. I dunno, just seems really asinine to me. Other than that, I see most of the managers intensely fast walking all over the place just to keep up with their employee and customer requests. Oh and never have I ever seen MANAGERS stocking as much as these guys do. they don't have any stocking staff whatsoever. So the 1300+ boxes getting stocked on the shelves every week? Thank the two main managers for that, Blue Beanie and Red Beard 👏👏👏 (I do not know their names but that's what I'm calling them and you should too)”
