“I am so thankful for The Academy of McKay’s Mill. I have brought my only child here since he was 3 months old. I needed to have a quick delivery of flowers to be at my daughter’s when we arrived on the day of our anniversary. I called Ladd Park Floral Design after seeing they had a 5 star review rating. I talked to Lauren, the owner. After explaining the situation, she could not have been more helpful. She gave me lots of options and was very accommodating to my situation. She designed a beautiful arrangement and was able to deliver it a day earlier than needed to ensure it was there when we arrived at my daughter’s house. I could not recommend anyone more. “I have always had very good experiences here. But I was disappointed today to see a patient in the waiting room with his mask pulled down his nose and later down to his chin. I feel that of all places, the staff should have enforced their rule, but no one said anything. I need to feel comfortable and protected at least in a doctor's office. I hope the clinic will pay attention to this in the future.”

“Had a first visit last night and a great first impression! The hostess who greeted us was friendly and attentive and Aaron at the bar was excellent! Service in Nolensville area establishments has been sometimes poor, in my opinion but not at Happenstance! We were greeted at the bar immediately when we sat down (a plus for Aaron!) and offered two glasses of water right away, without asking...love this! The cocktail menu is adventurous, fine tuned and impressive! Prices reflect that, so not sure we could come as frequently as we like, but the experience was well worth it! Met the owner and he was friendly and gracious. Will definitely come back.”

“I love this location. It's really convenient to my home and the clerk that's been there every time I go is so sweet. I have heard her on the phone on more than one occasion dealing very professionally with an upset customer. You couldn't pay me enough to work at the post office. People are just jerks. In my experience, you generally receive the customer service that your own attitude warrants. Just my two cents. :-) If you need more services or longer hours, there is a bigger PO down Main Street close to Target. For me, the smaller location is a totally fair trade-off for not getting stuck in Main Street traffic for 30 minutes. Tip: You can pay for postage and print yourself at the USPS website, then just drop off your package at the PO. The days of waiting in line to pay for postage are long gone, you can do most things yourself.”
