The employee, Wes, went out of his way for a good 15 minutes finding the right size ladder that would be able to fit in the isle and get it down for us, he was super nice and went above and beyond to help us. Then we got outside with the box and it wouldn't fit in our car, another employee (I didn't catch his name) that was outside, noticed we were struggling and came and helped us get the box in the car! I also appreciate and feel a little more safer that every employee I saw, was wearing a mask! I really wish that some of the other customers were as considerate. I saw that around almost half of the customers were walking around with either no mask, or a mask pulled down and of no use. My only complaint is that I do wish Penney's would require all customers to wear a mask. I bought 2 rings for my Mom for an early Mother's Day gift and she really loved them both.
