She showed patience and her willingness to take the time and provide product comparative information was very helpful. We also want to recognize the delivery crew Steven and Derek, who came on time and were very easy to work with. They wanted to make sure we were happy with the furniture set up. Very professional in how they handled the delivery process. I requested them to adjust the legs of the fire pit because it was not aligned properly. They made sure it was perfectly done. They were quick to complete the job but was done with perfection. They even spent a few minutes to get our table umbrella base fixed properly since it was an old unit and it had rusted a little. Overall excellent delivery service.”

“They have been very professional and delivered painting services with good quality and most importantly on time when I was on time crunch to get to the house. They were very respectful throughout, and accommodated all our paint color selections and changes across the rooms. Since we were not sure how the different shades of a particular color would look practically on walls, they took us to the paint store, helped pick different shades and bought gallon each of different shades and painted all different colors/shades on the walls inside home to show the differences that helped us narrow down and finalize the exact shade and color. After the work was over, they left the house clean and finished. Overall, their services were great and I highly recommend Lone Star Painters if you are looking for painting and other related construction/repair services to your house.”

“I’ve been going to this Staples store for sometime. There are 2 exceptional employees: Destiny and Sylvia! I have my drawings scanned and printed to use as greeting cards. Destiny no longer works in the print department- when she did she understood what I wanted and did an amazing job! Now I call ahead to be sure Sylvia is working before I come in. Sylvia greets us and immediately looks at my drawings and knows exactly what I want done. The completed work is always perfect! If it’s a busy time, we just sit and wait for Sylvia! We observe her treat every customer the same! These 2 employees deserve a raise!”

“First off, this is actual made in Texas furniture. I went to 6 stores and found nothing but the same Chinese junk. These guys are making product right here in North Texas. All fully customized with an astounding collection of leathers and animal skins. Sales process was easy with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I liked how I got updates during the production process. The furniture is beautiful and well made. Two very reasonable and minor downsides: 1. You have to wait a bit for made to order bespoke leather goods. This is not the place to go if you need a quick fix. 2. They use a contractor for shipping, so you have to pay that separate and they only take cash or check for the deliver fees.”

“Check out an awesome transformation of this Bed Bath and Beyond store in Frisco, TX! I took my son for back to college shopping - thank you BB&B for making our experience a breeze. Not only were we able to purchase all the bed and bath items, grab several kitchen gadgets and dinnerware I found few things for my own home, all at a great price. To top it off he was able to get 20% discount on his purchase with college savings pass. And the store associate who checked us out was very friendly and patient. “Update: At the end of the Day it all came together and my backyard looks amazing We are now 9 months in to the pool now and still having problems I email, I call but nothing, I have asked to make an appointment to sit down with the owner before my pool is out of warranty but nothing. This was via email, because of the fact that the over flow valve is constantly putting water in the pool and now come to find out yesterday when I got my water tested, it has ZERO chlorine and may be in danger of having algae. Contact me please, you have my number. But on the up side, the people that clean the filters are amazing and came out the same week to clean out the filter. Because I have to give them 1 star. Very disappointed! Beware! No integrity, No standards. The company went through 2 Supervisors during the timeline. Started in June 12, 2018 and the project didn’t end until December 26, 2018 (a job that Zac said would last 6 to 8 weeks) First off, the digging crew came and brought old equipment and, their supervisor literally slept on my patio furniture for 3 hours. Then I received a call saying they I had to pay extra for the digging time. I had to fight with them and reminded them that I have the gentleman asleep on camera so they cut the price in half but still well over $1,000. After the nightmare of the dig it all went downhill from there. Everyone that was scheduled to come either had another job or was pushed back 2-3 weeks. The pool company was never on the same sheet of music as the Bank. I made 2 trips to the bank for no reason, the pool company told me to go pick up a check and the bank said it had to be inspected first. As this was my first pool and Prestige’s 50th at least, they should have known the protocol. I can go on and on about how bad the Service was and how Eugene the owner, Garry and Gene, refused to meet with me, and or call me back. But they came while I was at work and the only reason I knew they came is was because I saw them on my security cameras. How their lack of communication with me and even with his own staff was loss for words and a lack of trust for them. Being that every time I would call or go by, no one would know what was going on or would be in a meeting of a lifetime. It’s like Eugene is in it just for the money. At the end I had to get the Bank involved and they made them do SOME of the work. I will not post pictures yet of the front yard do to Prestige promising the Bank that they would fix my yard back to normal. Everyone Blamed the other person. Blame game at its best. SAD And I will post pictures of what they showed me what the pool area would look like and the end product. Keep in mind all I WANTED was ROCK, NO sod or greenery. Pictures are the pool area end product. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY, THIS COMPANY HAS VERY LOW STANDARDS.”

“Really nice guys! Walked in looking for parts and advice on how to complete a somewhat complicated run over 20ft from a propane tank to a outdoor fire pit.
