“The pro who arrived out to support us, Al, was a total gem. He got the plumbing clog out in no time at all, and was both professional and had a warm demeanor. He was thoughtful enough to come service us even late on a Sunday evening so we could do laundry and run the dishwasher before the craziness of the work week started up. He also had great stories, and knew a lot about repairing old houses (we bought a old foreclosed house). He finished the plumbing job swiftly and well, and then was kind enough to even give us some pointers to learn more about this old-house-beast we need to care for. He was great.”
