“Small store but packed with a good inventory of hard liquor. Prices are competitive with other like stores. Easy to get in and out quickly. The staff is so-so. Both times I've been here I was not offered any assistance in finding what I needed. They are friendly enough and greet me when I come in but that's where it ends. They seem more interested in interacting with each other than they do interacting with their customers. That's the reason for 4 stars.”

“GP Homes and Repair just finished up a seamless and painless kitchen remodel for us and I’m here to shout their praises from the rooftops. Since we live in central Plano (i.e. a 1970’s house), I’ve always dreamed of remodeling our kitchen but was worried about the process and how our family would survive without our main gathering/eating/cooking and entertaining area. I’ve heard lots of horror stories and was certain we would be adding to it after we finally made that step. However, enter Nick and David and their whole crew from GP Homes and Repairs and I can’t say enough fabulous things about the entire process. After our dishwasher started leaking and caused quite a bit of damage to cabinets and flooring in our kitchen, we decided that now was the time to do it. From the beginning steps of designing to demo day and finishing ahead of schedule (on Thanksgiving week), Nick and his team had us fixing our turkey dinner in our new kitchen and surrounded by our loved ones. We are big on communication, professionalism, staying within budget, and quality work. I’m happy to say that they exceeded our expectations and check all the boxes. Do yourself a favor and give Nick or David a call/email when you are looking for your next home project needs.”

“I went to to this Walmart to go in and out. I stopped by the plants 🪴 and that didn’t happened. They have lots of beautiful plants. This is a huge store, clean and well stocked. The reason I give a 4 start is because they only had self checkouts. That’s fine if you only have a few stuff not if you have a cart full.”

That treated all of my kids with the utmost care, and gave such a thorough examination! The girls at the front are so sweet, and amazing with scheduling and made insurance, arrangements, and paperwork a breeze! They have a great selection, and many great options for adults and kids. Once the prescription was determined, the glasses came in quickly and they notified me by text!!! (very convenient 😊) They even were so kind and went above and beyond to replace my child’s glasses when they were broken with zero hassle!!! “Over the year, we have hired this firm for several tasks on our 50-year old gas log fireplaces. First they fixed a broken flue damper with what they warned would be a temporary fix because of age/rust. Then they fixed cracking bricks. Then they added a chimney cap when the flue damper finally gave away. They we replaced gas logs and the sand around them. They also sold and installed new fireplace doors. Very nice work and very good firm. They're experts, not salespeople, so their strength is in solving the problems professionally (as opposed to a dog pony show of what they could do).”

“I want to share such a wonderful experience at my last visit on Saturday. Was having issues w my van thinking I needed a new battery but come to find out after buying my battery at Auto Zone, they noticed that the terminal was badly corroded and they referred me to go to Pep Boys since they were still open at 8p on Saturday and that job required a mechanic. I called to check if there was a mechanic available. Kyle was very accommodating & as soon as I got there mechanic Karl assisted. After running test to diagnose the issue, checked battery, starter, alternator, they recommended what needs to be done & agreed to replace the terminal since everything was good. To be honest mechanics always get some bad reputation especially as a woman we feel we will get taken advantaged of. The were very honest and up front. Explained to me everything going on. Gave me a copy of the numbers in the test. To my surprise they fixed the problem right then and there. In terms of cost, apparently a customer before me replaced a terminal and didn’t need the extra & said give it to the next customer. Pay It Forward. I was surprised. Karl built my trust that there are really good. & honest mechanics. I definitely recommend this Pep Boy location. Keep up the good work & they earned my loyalty moving forward.”
