“I'm a big fan of Buff City Soap. I've been to the one in Celina multiple times and was really excited about the location opening up in Prosper. Store is well laid out, certainly aesthetically pleasing. I like the colors of the store. This location seems to have a larger mixing area, it's a cool experience to watch them mixing things up. I purchased a bunch of products as gifts before and they gave me some laundry detergent samples which I tried and really liked. Today I picked up some detergent to give it a go and also the dryer balls. Looking forward to giving those a try. Today they had a $12 sale going for Epsom salts, body butter, shower oil so I picked some up for gifts and some for myself as well. I like that the shopping in Prosper has really elevated, the shopping center is really filling out nicely. It really is convenient to have so many great shopping options nearby. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“The stars have nothing to do with the workout. I really love my time there. It's a fantastic program. Unfortunately, I am sick and rather than exposing others, I am not going to be able to use 2 of my 8 workouts that I pay for monthly. Even for an illness they will not reimburse you or roll over what you pay for. You don't use it, you lose it, even if you are sick. You can freeze your membership for the NEXT month, but you still lose out on workouts you pay for. I will most likely be canceling my subscription overall because of this. *Editing from two stars to five.* After reading this review, the manager got in touch with me and said that this was in fact not their policy and she rolled over my 2 unused paid for classes for when I'm not sick, and easily suspended my membership so I'm not being billed automatically until I am well enough to come back. Michelle is fantastic and very professional and great to talk to. She definitely cares. I do hope that their employees are now informed that they are able to assist those who are sick instead of telling clients that they will just lose what they pay for even with a legitimate reason.”

“My child had a great experience! The front office was very efficient. The doctor's assistant, Sabrina (I believe), she was friendly with my child and very thorough in her work. There is no rush, everything is explained in detail, and kids are made to feel comfortable. Dr. Steve himself is a wonderful & knowledgeable dentist. Not only did he answer all of my questions patiently, he took time to explain what is recommended, what can wait - there is no push for treatment/prescription that may not be needed for young kids. This was such a refreshing experience when compared to few doctors who have one foot out the door while you're still processing what they said! Very pleased to have found Barnlight Kids Dental!”

“Loved it. It was my first visit to this new location. I live off 380 so I love NOT having to drive clear to Stonebriar to shop. I saw several things (wall mirror, bohemian foot stool, accent tables) I wanted, but showed great restraint in only purchasing what I was there to buy (bath towels). Well, I did get two new pumpkin pillows for my sofa. Plus the staff was very nice. It was a total score!”

I really appreciate everything considering how busy this place can be, yet I have always been greeted with a smile and a “how are you today?” The rooms are huge! Separate full kitchen, and the upgrades are looking so nice ! I absolutely love staying here and anytime I need an extended stay, this will be my go to place for sure! “Such a difference! Amidst everything Covid that has been ongoing, I went to my local Bank of America located just a few blocks down the street here in Prosper. To my unsurprise with this particular location... no tellers available, literally - zero. I get it.. ongoing Covid issues... but good night, you're my "Too Big to Fail" bank! They told me I had to use the ATM for all transactions to include deposits. A quick drive down the street to Texas Bank. It felt like entering the Kingdom of Heaven. Walked through the doors and 2 tellers along with a manager await at the teller desk as if they were expecting me and ready to serve. It was perfect! This bank is the largest physical bank in town and yet has the feel of a small town bank, exactly what Prosper needs. The folks who work here treat you as if they've known you the entirety of your life and I love it. Such a vast difference in service and relationship between BIG Bank of America and TX Bank! Step in and see the difference for yourself.”

“I see some negative reviews here about how scheduling works and about the office staff. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bauer for 5 years & I’ve never had a single problem with scheduling. Even when I have needed to see him quickly, I have gotten a workable appointment. What I have experienced has been a professional and friendly staff, and an easy scheduling system. I usually just go online to book something. Furthermore, the Baylor Scott & White system includes an online portal which is very useful for routine questions and prescription requests/refills. I use it often and every time I do, I get a very quick response. I messaged just this week for a prescription and within 15 minutes, the nurse messaged back that it had been approved and sent to my pharmacy. You can’t get better service than that. There was a comment about frustration at not being able to talk about more than 2 issues at an office visit. This is not the Drs choice, this is dictated by insurance companies. This was starting to be the case several years ago, when I was with another Dr., under a different system. Thanks to insurance control of the health industry, rigid rules & policies force our doctors to adhere to how much time they can spend and how many issues can be addressed, or it won’t be covered. It’s a tall orders for doctors and they spend as much time doing paperwork for insurance as they do seeing patients. Lastly, a few patients commented that Dr. Bauer is not compassionate. I have never seen him be anything but caring and very ethical. He has helped me with several ongoing health issues and I have complete trust in his expertise. He’s friendly and very easy to discuss anything with. I’m very glad to have found such a good practice.”
