“Grant was a wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed. He took time with us and explained all of our options. We went in to purchase just one mattress for our bedroom but ended up purchasing one for us and a different one for each of our kids, 3 total. We feel comfortable and confident in the decisions we made. After selecting our mattresses, he walked us through mattress protector and pillow options. He made them options and did not force or push any up sell. We ended buying both by our choice, again not feeling obligated or persuaded. The storeroom was well stocked, the staff was super helpful, and we got a killer deal on our grill (saved $800 compared to other stores and online). “7/1/22 update: Yard Art came through and replaced all 12 of our chairs with comparable chairs. Thank you! Update 4/30/22: exact same problem happened with the new chairs. It’s actually worse this time. The material is disintegrating despite being told the problem with the construction of the chairs had been resolved. Do not buy outdoor furniture here. Update: after speaking with Brett, he stated that he would replace our chairs at no cost. He assured us the material used to make our chairs is no longer used. So hopefully the new chairs will last much longer. We purchased several thousand dollars worth of sling type patio furniture. We were told they were of high quality and would last many years. After just 2 years the material began to deteriorate. They are so bad, someone could literally fall through the chairs. After reaching out to use our warranty, we were told the warranty was only 1 year, which is not what we were initially told. They refused to repair our chairs. Beware of this place. They carry poor quality furniture and don’t stand behind their products and warranty. I’m just so furious that we now have 12 chairs that are ruined.”
