“Great service! I went In and had an eye exam then picked out their glasses. At first I picked out one pair but then the lady showed me a great pair that would fit my face frame in the same price! I've had to take my glasses back twice (they were one of the cheapest pairs there) 1) due to the frame breaking and 2) the second time due to our dog! They truly do have a 1 year guarantee and I will be back if need another pair to purchase! They are very nice in there and helpful. I have VERY bad eye sight ! Thanks for helping me :)”

“Dr. Alvares is a truly amazing and competent doctor. I love his experience, insight, treatment plan, and the time he spends with both of my sons. The treatments are making a huge difference in my allergy and asthma kiddo. However, the office staff is a mess. I can never get a call-back from a nurse. Half the time, I get dumped to a voicemail box that is "full". After two years of allergy shots and multiple requests, they can never get a statement mailed to me. I always have to call in periodically and just ask what my balance is and pay over the phone. I filled out a records request twice in order to get my boys' medical records from their office, but the requests just went ignored. Multiple times we've taken my son to get his shots and discovered that the office is randomly closed when they are normally open. We're dealing with all these pain points because Dr. Alvarez is really, really good. I just wish he had better staff.”

Pricilla, my dental assistant, was very thorough in telling me what to expect & she worked quickly with the office manager to determine what my insurance would cover & what my share would be. Then Dr. Casey Draper joined us to examine my tooth & to administer the anesthesia in exactly the amount I needed. His bedside manner is very calming & he’s very respectful & easy to talk with. He clearly explained what to expect during each phase of my tooth extraction & he did an excellent job with perfect results. It’s now been about 7 hours since the procedure, the anesthesia has worn off, and I have no pain! I realize that may not be the case tomorrow but I’m so impressed with the great job Dr. Draper & Pricilla did for me today that I’ll definitely be back for all my dental health needs.
