“My family has eaten at Kaze many times. Both sushi and hibachi. The food is excellent. The temptation roll is my favorite roll, though volcano is also very good. I usually get the filet and lobster when we get hibachi and it is always excellent. Ask for melted butter & the chef will melt on the grill. Not the healthiest meal, I suppose, but it is SO good. The chefs are typically very good and provide some entertainment. I have eaten at both locations - Dallas and Mesquite - and the Dallas location is considerably better food.”
