“Chris came and checked out our Hot Water System and confirmed what I already expected. One tank was not working and the other was OK. He went into great detail on multiple options at varying cost levels. This was on Friday and he was informed that I would like to review the various options before deciding what made the most sense for us. This took into account the age of current system, expected life span of equipment, warranties, updates and compliance with city codes. Chris was told we would contact him over the weekend and we reached him on Sunday with our decision. He said that he and an assistant would be there Monday to remove/replace the old tanks, update existing lines and complete all requested work that afternoon. This was all expected, but in addition Chris was knowledgeable, personable, professional and seemed to really care about his work and how it would reflect on both him and Milestone (who he spoke very highly of). Milestone has consistently sent out individuals who are are professional and exhibit the highest standards of personal conduct and top notch quality of work. In addition I have never heard any of there employees say anything but positive comments about working at Milestone. “They were very thorough on my car and did an amazing job on the repairs. My only problem with this experience was that they need to improve on their inner office communication skills as I would get several calls from them explaining the car wasn't done or another issue was detected and that they would look into it if I wanted. Then a few minutes later another would call saying that repairs were completed and it was ready for pick up when I would mention the other issue that had been found they would not be aware of it. So communication needs to be addressed and maybe they should have only one person to address issues about a vehicle to the customer that way they will be knowledgeable on what's going on with said repairs instead of several people contacting the customer with a different diagnosis.”
