“Berkshire Preserve is an attractive and safe apartment community. I've lived here for two years now and have not had a single issue. Every interaction I have had with the office team has been pleasant and positive. Apartment management really seems to take a proactive approach to addressing resident concerns. One example is the creation of the package delivery center. No longer must packages be left at your door, subject to being stolen. Now they can be delivered to a secure room and placed in a locker that only you have access to. I am extremely happy as a resident in the Berkshire Preserve community.”

“I suffered a grade 3 Tibial Plateau Fracture in April 2022 which required ORIF surgery. This is the facility I chose to do my physical therapy in and I couldn't be happier with the results. I am an active individual with a background in athletics. John was my physical therapist and played a vital role on my return to sport. His professional approach and knowledge really gave me the confidence and trust throughout I needed to push myself and build the belief that is necessary to recover. I finished my last physical therapy session today, roughly 7 months after surgery and I will be slowly easing back into athletics here in the next few months. I have full range of motion back in the knee and my strength has returned to about 85%. John has helped me have reasonable expectations and gave me the tools I needed to continue gaining back everything that I lost when I broke the tibia. Every member of the staff at this facility I have encountered are exceptional people. This is wonderful environment to recover and rehabilitate, but know this, they can't do the work for you. They will guide you, but at the end of the day your outcome is in your hands. Go in with confidence and a determined mindset. The beautiful people at this facility will only further instill that belief and provide all that you will need on your journey. You can and will be whole again, you've just got to believe :)”

“I was walking around the mall looking for a place to eat and this place was packed. Checked out the vege buffet but decided i wanted meat. got a couple of dishes and the stewed port was delish. the water spinach not so much, lacked punch and flavor. Next time i will try out the vege buffet or maybe the goat hot pot. highly recommended. Second trip: This time I had the Mi Quang. Soup was decent, lots of toppings but the noodle was not the right noodles. Looks like they subsituted wonton noodles instead of the usual yellow flat noodles”

“We were referred by the insurance to another body repair shop. The manager told us the damages were two separate jobs when the damage happened on the same night. Luckily, I was referred by friend to Ist Class Collission. They took pictures, processed the insurance papers and got us both damages fixed as one incident (saved us one $500 deductibles). They provided us a rental car from their own garage. We exceeded our $500 rental car allowance, but they did not charge us extra. They also gave us a discount on out deductibles. When we got our car, we were so happy with the job they did. The parts replaced were way better than pre-accident. They also did extra fixing the minor dents and paint scratches free of charge. They washed and vacuumed before returning our car. We have been going to Toyota center in Richardson three times with our 3 different cars and were disasters if not life-threatening because of substandard jobs. They even trusted me of not paying my deductible part since I did not bring my check. Then I forgot almost 2 weeks. I never got a reminder call. I apologized profusely but they were so understanding and caring. The staff, Mr. Hernandez, his wife were all helpful, polite, and honest. I highly recommend this shop.”

My fiance got the outfit, the sound (This is Halloween) and had him scented with pumpkin spice! The staff was amazing as always! “So far, I like it here. For the most part, it is quiet. The neighbors are helpful. I checked a few things on the inventory sheet and a maintenance person came as soon as possible for repairs. The manager, JoAnne was professional, friendly, and helpful. Since I am new to the area, I asked where the best food is and she told me about some of the restaurants nearby. She definitely made the moving experience most enjoyable.”
