I have had ups and downs when it came to being able to make my payments. Jose is awesome he worked with me even when he probably shouldn’t have. Let’s face the facts people and be honest, if we could afford to finance things we wouldn’t be going to a rental company. Yes you are going to pay probably 3xs the amount that you would if you finance thru a normal bank. Word of advice contact them before your actual due date and they will work with you.”

“Nice folks and they loaded my fairly quickly. The place is a little confusing to find the correct shipper. There's 3 or 4 shippers here and I think they are for the same company, but they will direct you to the correct one. They have employee parking all around where you have to back in to get loaded so it really tight. Lucky I was in dock door 18-19 and there's an exit I could use to do almost a straight back in to the door. Good luck here and please just take your time while attempting your backing here.”

There is a new rep working in the store by the name of Jonathan Williamson who has went above and beyond to make sure a rather difficult situation was handled with the utmost professionalism and exceptional customer service. I had a bad experience with the movers, and their customer service was lacking; as well as their moving experience. Some of the issue was possibly out of their hand but they were rude. Jonathan was so wonderful, I do plan on purchasing from Modshop again because the craftsmanship of their sofas is high quality, beautiful and comfortable and Jonathan is part of the reason I will continue to be a customer. He was super nice and made sure I left as happy as I could in a situation that was out of his control. He shows that 1 person can truly make a difference in the perception of a company,and that a pleasant attitude is how you keep customer retention!”
