He’s a little cranky? Maybe, but the day I was there he left his store to go help a lady figure out how to work the gas pump. He may do it in his stern way, but having been to New York, he’s honestly harmless. Some of y’all are just plain sensitive.”

I liked that they made sure I provided documentation for the vaccines, I had called other places to make the appointment and nobody else asked for this. The service was fast, I dropped him off at 10 am and got a call to say he was ready by 1145 am. Staff was friendly and we will be coming back.”

“Cam was our personal shopper. He showed up car side before I could even get off the phone properly to let them know that I had arrived. Talk about excellent customer service!!! He was friendly and genuine and told me he was happy to help. After promptly loading the trunk and waving goodbye, I quickly got his attention, cash in hand, ready to show him some deserved appreciation in the form of a small tip. He told me that he was thankful but policy would not allow him to accept it. INTEGRITY=CAM!!! I was a little bummed about it but in that act he reassured me that there were still people out there willing to do the right thing even when nobody is looking. “I called Signature Plumbing over a leaking water heater the other day, they were were able to come out the next day and give me a bid. By the next afternoon i was able to have my water heater replaced and everything cleaned up. They were extremely informative and professional. They made sure to give me follow up calls to make sure everything was working as expected and if there were any new problems with the install.
