Sally went above and beyond to apologize for the previous issues and to resolve my complaint. Sally showed that she truly understands customer relationships and values customers! If it weren’t for Sally’s enthusiastic efforts to fix the problem, I would be leaving Verizon altogether. Thanks to her, I can honestly give positive feedback on their operations. If you receive poor service, or have a problem in one of the locations Sally oversees, you should contact her directly. I know she cares, I know she wants to hear the good and the bad and I know she will do all she can to take care of her customers. People with Sally’s commitment to customer service are getting harder and harder to find. Verizon is fortunate to have her representing their team.”

This was one of the most top notch customer service that I have ever experienced. I have travelled out of the country several times, deal with concierge, valet and all sorts of individuals. I must say that Manager David Cares about the type of service that this facility receives. He’s thorough, diligent, attentive and very professional. It was such a treat encountering someone like him.
