He was friendly, very patient and knowledgeable. We were very indecisive but he stayed professional and did not get frustrated with us. He continued to work diligently until we found the perfect vehicle within our budget that met our needs and desires. The general manager came out to meet us and was just as friendly and pleasant. I loved the overall atmosphere of the showroom. Everyone was wearing their mask and they are definitely following the social distancing guidelines. I would highly recommend Eastern Laurel to my family and friends. If you are in need of a vehicle, they will take good care of you regardless of your situation. “I stayed there for a while (8 nights), the staff from the front desk was friendly and helpful, but the ladies that were in the breakfast... Seems like they were mad of doing their job, they kept complaining all the time because they have no help in the kitchen and they need more, no idea why the management does not send some help. The cleaning was good but they could improve it, specially in the housekeeping service. Location is perfect, there are a few restaurants near.”

“I stayed here during the weekend because my home was without water after the freeze. Most of the hotel employees were nice and helpful. Then I got ready to leave. My checkout time was 11 am but I got a knock at 9am from housekeeping. She was nice & said she'd come back later. Then as I was walking out to my car with my bag this morning, Feb 22, the desk clerk chased after me out the door asking for my room number because of housekeeping. A) it was only about 10:30 am. B) housekeeping is not a guests concern or a good reason to go chasing after someone yelling for their room number. C) I heard a different desk clerk the day before telling another guest the latest they could check out was 1pm so I know housekeeping was going to be there a while. D) the hotel wasn't full nor were they desperate for the room even with a lot of people having issues with their homes. When I went to check out he wasn't even at the desk. Everyone else was very nice except the man this morning.”
