I have never been to a place where they care about their customers and are so reasonably priced. Their work was excellent. I asked the manager how long they would need my car and he told me roughly 2 hours. Knowing I had to be back at work in 1 hour 15 minutes and that wouldn't work, the manager loaned me their loaner car!!! Best experience I have ever had!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the process of filing claims and assisted me with navigating the process smoothly. He also made sure that the insurance company paid for EVERYTHING they were supposed to. As a consumer I don’t know everything that is supposed to be on the list of repair items and the insurance companies responsibilities but he did! My truck looked great when they were done. One complaint I’ve seen about paintless dent repair is putting the vehicle back together when they are done. Like when they remove door panels, headliners etc… nothing was broken or loose - aside from there being no more dents being on my truck you would have never known they took that thing apart. “We are full-time RV'ers in our class A motorhome. It sustained considerable damage to one side and the rear cap. Terry said it would be several weeks repairing it. We were allowed to stay in our motorhome for the 2 months it took to repair it. NO CHARGE! Everyone there was super friendly. “I had heard of Conflict Machine over in California before i moved out here to East Texas. Jeremiahs custom parts have a reputation that cannot be ignored. I had a perpetual problem of snapping a headlight mount i was using for a Rifle fairing on my 2005 FXDXi. I had an idea of what to make that would not break.... Then Jeremiah took that idea and ran! An all stainless customer machined and welded up bracket that was exactly what i wanted. But more simple and elegant and effective. He also took care of an oil change and installed an oil cooler while i had the bike there. He did an outstanding job. Oil levels were perfect and i couldn't be happier with the end result. If you need work on your new, old or older Harley this is your guy.”
