“I visited this location because I was concerned about a battery on my vehicle. I was recommended by a Nissan Technician who told me I'd should probably replace it. So, I had autozone check it, and they told me I needed to charge it, so they charged it for me. Then, they said that I should be good to go, but there might be something causing the battery to lose its charge. So, I drove around for a while before deciding to visit O'Reilly. I walked in and was promptly greeted by store personnel named "Trinity". I asked to have my battery checked, and she dropped what she was doing to assist me. We walked to my car, and after diagnosis, it was concluded that my battery was fully charged ( Good). I explained my situation and other steps I took before deciding to come to the store. She stated that I was fine. I asked about what prevents corrosion from occurring on the battery. She recommended something that was cost efficient and gave me a few paper towels so I wouldn't have to spend money on rags. Now that's customer service 👌 Thank you, O'Reilly, for making it convenient and easy to service my vehicle”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would! I am thoroughly impressed! They came out to work on my trailer’s AC (the breaker was tripping, and the AC wasn’t turning on.) in the searing heat, and man, did they rock it! 30 minutes later, it was back up and running! They did some repairs to the ducts, promptly diagnose what was going on, and explained what was going on. They even want to do a follow-up to reassess. I’ve definitely nicknamed Leo and Joe “The RV Doctors”. 😂 This was my first time having to call an RV repair team, and it is safe to say I will be a continuing customer! From scheduling the appointment with Jennifer to Leo and Joe coming out to look at the RV, the process has been smooth and flawless! They have all been excellent, communicative, and personable! Got us a new one, put it in and then checked to make sure the alternator was good (it was). Then we saw a auto shade my wife and I both wanted. He went to the back and found a 2nd one. “Last Monday I called AAI to ask if they could order and install two window regulators in my '03 Miata. Matt ordered the parts and we agreed I would drop the car off this morning at 8 am. Two hours later, Matt called me to let me know the car was "buttoned up and ready to go" and did not need new regulators. They simply cleaned things up a bit and made a few adjustments to the old regs. Matt, thanks for your honesty and professionalism. I'll be back with the other two cars very soon. Came back today with the Lexus and Tacoma for an oil change. We were in and out very quickly and at a reasonable rate. Thanks Matt”
