It was nice to have the app ability... however the GAP lied in not receiving the paperwork ahead of time, what to expect etc. When I arrived these people were phenomenal!!! I think her name was Brianna [front desk] did an awesome job checking me in and answering my questions. Sam was wonderful. Explaining EVERYTHING in detail. Gave me a great experience from BEginning to end. Donna was amazing. She really took her time and really listened to my questions and needs. Gave me a clear indication of what process would BE best for me. Thank goodness I came. They really turned my expectations and experience around... from the texting correspondence. Just to BE clear, that wasn't horrible, but that communication could have been better.
