His knowledge is mind blowing and just so generous. He listened to my concerns and had answers for me. He also did in house labs and had my results within minutes(you don’t find that very often let me just say doctors are quick to send you out to do labs and all other types of test) I will definitely come back! “Dr. Jaret Walker was a great find! Went in for an ingrown toenail, which I should have had treated sooner, and they got me right in right away. Dr. Walker had a great bedside manner and fixed my toenail quickly. Was able to get the needed drops for my toe right in the office and was glad to not have to go to the pharmacy. Went back for a quick check-up 2 weeks later and I'm pleased to say it was totally well. Another thing I really liked about Dr. Walker is he is not out to just make money off his patients. He is there to help and not do surgery unless absolutely necessary. I'll definitely be back should I have any other podiatric needs. Thanks Dr Walker. Sherry Moore”

“I'd like to start by saying I've been to a few Doctors, the first time I went to Dr.Howell I was met by Jessica the receptionist a bubbly, sweet spoken, women . Always greets you like your the only patient. Never ever have I seen her without her beautiful smile. And never to busy to help or make you feel special. Sam my nurse is kinda like your mother. There to take all the important things. Listens to all pains and aches even the ones she can't help like my kids "things" husband " things" life in general "things". But also there for comfort. Scared thru my first injection she was so very sweet let me know it was ok and I'd feel a lot better after. And I did! Sony is the sweetest he is there to help in anyway. So nice and so knowledgeable. He is always the nicest with an awesome smile. Dr. Howell is the most thoughtful Dr. I have ever went to. She is so very knowledgeable but talks to you so you can understand. Never has she made me feel less than a person. Or that my pain and hurts were just tribal like some Dr.s I've seen. She tells me what she thinks I should do. Gives me options. And listens to me. Really listens. Since going I've been about to move and actually felt better than years. I cant thank the staff all of them. They are all so awesome! They work like a family all has their part and does it great!! Thank you so very much for caring for me and my family!”

From the kind women at the front desk, to the convenience of texting about appointments and actually speaking with a real person on the phone, to the grace when I was super late because I went to the wrong location, to the extremely kind and helpful hygienist, to the sweet and caring dr (Dr. Byrd). Ideal Dental of West Frisco went above and beyond to make my husband and I both feel welcomed, cared for, and at ease. They made special accommodations for my husband wheelchair, both upon entry and in the cleaning area, and made sure that he was totally comfortable for his appointment. I’ve never had such great care at a dental office. I can only hope that everyone has as great of an experience as we have had here today. My faith in humanity has been restored! “I was so sick beginning on a Thursday night, but due to recent dental work I just assumed I was either fatigued from not eating or dehydrated. By the following night my whole body hurt, I was whining around the house like a baby and was so tempted to go to the ER but didn’t want an ER sized bill, so I told myself it’s probably just the flu and I’ll tough it out until Monday when I can see my primary care doctor, however by Sunday morning I just couldn’t handle it anymore I was waking up drenched in a cold sweat so I just went on Google searching for someplace close and open, I was so hesitant to come in but I’m so glad I did. Front desk staff were friendly, waiting area was clean, I was seen in a timely manner as a walk in. And I saw Dr. John, he was fantastic! Made me feel very at ease. I tested negative for the flu so was given antibiotics because we both kinda assumed I may have an infection from the recent cosmetic dental work, he said I should feel better by Tuesday and I do! Also his nurse OMG she rocks! When she drew my blood she was the best I’ve ever experienced...seriously! I’ll definitely be back if ever there’s something urgent on a weekend. Highly recommended.”

Not gonna lie, I waited 45 minutes to see the doc, but my appointment was late afternoon, & we all know the doc can’t control if patients before me were on time. ;) It was worth the wait to get a thorough diagnosis. “Dr. Paresh Patel is the best dentist in Frisco, TX! Family Dentistry of Frisco is the best dental office in Frisco, TX or anywhere I have been to! I had my laser root canal done and where other dentist could not and would not do it, Dr. Patel was able to do it and restore . He also did my husband’s dental implant about 4 years ago. It feels like an actual tooth till this day. After 8 years of coming to Family Dentistry of Frisco, I have consistently had the best dental experience. The front is always personal, caring, and friendly. The dental assistant are kind and very good at what they do. The hygienists are wonderful and gentle. Dr. Patel is the best and had amazing metaphors to explain treatment. He spends a lot of time with me and all of his patients. Thank you so much for such a great dental experience!”
