“As a practicing PA, I have high standards for any medical establishment and I can say with no hesitation, Dr. Kim has a fantastic Dermatology office. From start to finish ( still waiting on biopsy results), verifying insurance benefits prior to scheduling my appointment over the phone, sending an easy online portal to complete forms, and making an appointment for the requested time was done with ease. Then the appointment with Dr. Kim was very thorough and efficient. She answered all my questions prior to my anticipated procedure and was after completely numbing the area, she was able to get a biopsy sample on the spot in less than five minutes. “We were referred to Dr. Davis' office by our family dentist, because my young daughter needed some work to be performed by a pediatric dentist. I must say, this is by far the most thorough and hygienic dental office we have ever visited. I love that she took time to get to know my family and my child personally and she really cares about her patients. She is mindful of taking the extra time to wrap her keyboard and mouse so there is no cross-contamination between her having her hands in my kids mouth and touching the computer. She even has a super cool tool that keeps the child's mouth open and tongue safe while doing major procedures. They never once asked me to leave the room while they did the entire procedure. My daughter was very comfortable and well taken care of. The front office staff and the dental hygienist were all very friendly and helpful. But did I mention there is hardly ever a wait...for a busy mom and business owner, this is super important! After 3 wonderful visits with Dr. Davis, I have decided to switch and make her our children's dentist, and I will add, I'm not one to hop ship, as we have been with the previous dentist 4 years, since moving to the area, and prior to that 1 dentist since 2011. But I feel this is truly a quality dental experience that ensures the safety and well-being of my kids, and that is hard to come by nowadays. I would recommend her for your pediatric dental needs anyday!!”

“I love Northpointe Psychiatry they are always so kind, understanding and always very thorough. My only complaint is sometimes when you call it is hard to get through to someone that's the only reason I didn't give then 5 stars. Other than that this is a wonderful place to go if you need help with anything psychology related. You never have to wait long to be seen when you arrive for your appointment and the most important thing to me is they listen, they really made me feel heard and like I was being treated specifically for my needs. Also if I feel like something is not working for me like my meds or anything all I have to do is tell my doctor and she gets it fixed right away. I HIGHLY recommend this place there may be a little bit of a wait before they can see you but trust me it's WORTH THE WAIT! They also take Medicaid!!!! Just wanted to share this because I was suffering for so long before finding Northpointe so I felt I had to share, especially if I can just help one person by sharing.”

“I’ve been going to Ideal Dental for about a year now. I don’t go that often, just every 6 months for my routine exam and cleanings. The front desk people are very pleasant and check-in is easy. They took me to the back about 10 minutes after my appointment time, but I didn’t really mind because I showed up around 15 minutes early. The doctor was very nice as well, very brief with his exam and explained that I had mild inflammation around my gums. He suggested to do an irrigation so my gums could be flushed out. I appreciate the lady who took my x-rays immediately got the doctor in for my exam. Some places I’ve had to wait forever it seems like. The hygienist Michael was very good too. Not much to say about him because we didn’t really talk, but he knew what he was doing, so that’s always good. I really appreciated that the receptionist came back and told me the estimate I would be paying for the suggested treatment plans, since my insurance did not cover some things. Overall, I really like Ideal Dental and don’t have anything negative to say. Everything was done in a timely manner and everyone was great at their job!”

We had been seeing three different specialists at a local children's hospital for my child's complicated health needs that were only growing more complicated under their care.
