“I LOVE TERRY AND CARLOS SO MUCH, They are family now!!! I was driving from San Antonio TX to Kansas City, MO, when my 2012 Chevy Sonic began rattling, losing power, and blowing lots of thick white smoke. Long story short I ended up stranded there in a town I had never even known existed on 09/21/22. Terry took it upon herself to lend a helping hand automatically. Its like God knew exactly who I needed. Terry looked after me as if she had been my own mom! When she noticed that they did not have what i needed in stock, she did not stop there! She took me to a store that did have it once she clocked out of work that evening. But she STILL didn't stop there! She made sure I had water and that i could use the restroom from time to time. Carlos offered up the food that his wife made for him and even helped out when i panicked after installing a "knock sensor" and the vehicle seeming worse. He saved my day on 09/22/22! I just thank God soooo much for them and I hope that they get the recognition that they deserve. God loves you and so do I !!!”

He didn't tell you that he tried to return the guitar after having it for over a year!....... Also, Gus DID tell him that he replaced the neck on the guitar. ONLY the neck was replaced and Mr. Keener knew that before he bought it. So, the whole, true story was not told.
