“We had the best time tonight! The food was amazing, but the star of the show was the new Cuban bartender - Mario! I would call him Super Mario in my book! Mario was very kind and attentive to our every need! From mixing the best margaritas in the house to bottomless refills on salsa! He told us about his bartending and food test he has coming up and he has been studying hard. Well in my honest opinion, Mario passed the test tonight - with real customers too! My wife and I are very demanding and he was very calm, patient and fun to eat with. I recommend you keep Mario on the team regardless of him passing his test or not, because we will be coming back to see him for sure! Thanks for making our evening a blast! Good luck Mario!
