Chicken breast was very tasty, both types of sausages were excellent, and the boudin balls were not bad either. everything looks so good, I decided to get a piece of bread pudding. The bread pudding it was very flavorful and was definitely a good end to the meal. If you are driving by, give this place a shot it's great!”

“Excellent choice for the view and the food. Great atmosphere. The seafood was abundant and delicious, definitely more seafood on my pasta than I was expecting, but being from Missouri, we don't get fresh or abundant seafood no matter which restaurant you go to, so it was an extra nice change for me. It was nice to not have to figure out parking or pay and walk, they validate the ticket for the parking lot. Absolutely recommend!”

“Dickinson Seafood Restaurant hit all the seafood cravings my best friend and I had. We live 4 1/2 hours away and coming down to the coast, you just have to have some fresh seafood, just gotta. We struggled coming to this restaurant, because on the menu it also has Chinese food and didn't think this was a true seafood restaurant; however, we would of missed out if we decided to go elsewhere. The food was absolutely fresh and fried to order. The shrimp was succulent, the cat fish was pull apart tender, the stuffed crab fantastic, boudin balls freaking awesome, the fried crab strings delicious, EVERYTHING was fresh fresh fresh and cooked the way it should be. Most of all, 'T' , our waitress was super informative, freaking awesome personality, knows everything about the food, had great advice on what we should of ordered. She recommended everything, which we were skeptical of, but I kid you not there is a reason she recommends everything, because everything is fantastic. T thank you for great customer service, keep up the good work ma'am!”

“This place was great! Well for my family they love seafood. Hubby had the fried fish platter with chicken strips, brother in law tried the gator burger, said it was good. My daughter had the I don't know some kind of shrimp pasta, was amazing she said. My grandson had the snow crab platter, he's 9 yrs old he ate the whole thing said it was the best!! Our waiter was awesome, customer service was also great! They were a bit busy it was a Sunday but we didn't have to wait at all. I will give this place a thumbs up!! We will go back! Atmosphere was great for family, they even had live music on the stage!”

“First time too Galveston, Texas. First time to Flying Dutchman. Late arrival at 8:30pm. Allowed us any table. Ordered dozen raw oysters. Both husband and I enjoyed eating them. He also had cup of gumbo which he liked. I ordered clam chowder... thinking when waiter said it is bit yellowish in response to my order of "white" chowder, it was "Boston" chowder. Not. Oh well...both soups as in many restaurants are "salty". I added husband's white rice to dilute the saltiness and took it home. Once hungrier, it will taste "better". Haha...”

“There are wonderful cashiers at this store except for one. I’ve lived on the island for about two years now and have always gone to this store seeing as it’s the best corner store near my residence. I’ve seen the change in employees and never had a problem until now. Today I had an incident where the employee Lizzy was refilling the ice in the beer barrel and I mentioned to her the other cashier Daytona had an extremely long line. She was very rude and in front of a bunch of customers decided she was going to say and I quote “When I finish what I’m doing I’ll go help her. But guys the line was all the way almost to the back of the store. As long as I’ve been here I’ve NEVER had someone be so disrespectful towards a customer the way she is ALMOST EVERYTIME I go. The other cashiers, Tyler, Kevin, Stacy and Daytona are beyond Wonderful and give the best service. This problem keeps happening and I’m fed up with it. I fell TERRIBLE for who ever works with her!”
