Kuk Sool Won in general is a martial art that is taught in a positive, family-friendly way that invites people of all ages to join. It not only strengthens you physically, but also mentally and spiritually. This school in particular is one of the best. The instructors there have a vast knowledge of the art, the school owners are among the highest ranking practitioners, the office staff is friendly, and the school tries to accommodate any schedule issues. having graduated high school and starting college, life can be crazy, but I have been able to make it to the level of black belt candidate without having to worry about falling behind my family and fellow classmates. “Ok so first gym I have ever joined, I really enjoy working out here, every one is super nice. They have so many different machines and so far has not been super crowded and I come during the busiest times too. Always clean, staff is awesome and machines are kept in good working order. I was originally only gonna do the ten dollar membership but the hydro massage and the deep tissue massage chair totally sold me into getting the black card membership. The only thing that would make it into a 5 star review would be if they added a sauna room. Please add a SAUNA!”

“Love almost everything about the Y, except their hours. The kid watch is great, the staff are friendly, but the hours suck. So trying to get back into the gym when your hours are limited really is frustrating, many times I've thought about canceling for that reason only.”
