“Great service, food was all hot, tasty and made as ordered. However, it was at least 76° and excessively humid in the building. The ceiling tiles are almost all water-stained, and the restrooms, while appearing clean stunk of sewage. These things indicate that the staff are doing their jobs, but the franchisee and/or corporate have dropped the ball. You have great employees. Get your act together.”
