“I started PT with Beth and her student Becca in February following surgery at the end of October 2021 for a broken right ankle and a minor left knee injury. I got started with PT a little later than I probably should have due to my doctors telling me I didn't need it and/or not really encouraging it. I was finally referred because I wasn't gaining my strength back like I wanted, and I found Grand Oaks through my insurance and online recommendations. I'm SO glad that I did! Working with Beth and Becca over the past couple of months has not only helped me gain strength back in my legs, core, and ankle, but also helped me gain the confidence to work through my post-injury fears and to try exercises and activities that I was scared to even attempt after my injury. With their guidance and care, I have gotten back to my pre-injury workouts and I'm feeling stronger and better every day. I'm still not 100% yet, but I know that time will come and it will be in large part to the therapy I've received at Grand Oaks with Beth and Becca. If you ever need PT, I highly recommend getting your care at Grand Oaks Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation and following their treatment plan (that includes those home exercises!) as they tell you to. They truly care about their patients and are wonderful therapists to work with!”

If your looking for a trainer who doesn’t care about all that Instagram stuff & is genuine about your feelings & what you’re trying to accomplish… then Coach Matt is 1000% your guy.The best athlete trainer I know.. I play football & I used to always strain my hamstrings all the time. But once I started training with Matt a about a year & a half ago, everything changed for the better. I started seeing a drastic improvement in my speed, strength, quickness & my jumping ability. I always ask him “how do you know about all this stuff” & the guy takes the time to read a bunch of books to make sure his athletes will be able to perform at their best of the abilities when it’s showtime!! He’s honestly a great trainer who actually cares but he also became a great friend!! I highly highly recommend him as your next & final trainer if you’re trying to get to the next level!!!”

“This review is overdue and on time. My daughters are now 8 and 12. When they were 2 and 6 they had bad cases of Lice. Nothing OTC worked. We took them to the Lice Place. They did their thing. My youngest daughter has extremely curly hair and they meticulously went through her hair and cleared them all out. Fast forward to a few months ago. My daughters developed itchy scalps. Nothing on the shelves worked. I remembered the Shampoo and Conditioner we used all those years ago. It works for that also. I bought it and a few days later, no more itch. Plus, the shampoo and conditioner smells great. Worth the Money. You won't be dissatisfied.”

I never used your service before, I do not know anybody in your company, before I called you I cheeked the revues and they were outstanding. I called for an appointment and I was told that my address was about 50 mails out and I might have to pay additional money due to high gas prices. I agreed, and was given an appointment for April 4, 2022. Today, Ms. Lauren called me and text me to ask me if I wanted the service Technician to come today, I would not have to pay extra money, since he was servicing in my area. This gesture on part of Ms. Laurin was heart warming for me. I am 80 years old, (Lauren did not know my age)and God knows I can use any little help I can get. Her action going over and beyond to accommodate a total stranger was commendable. She also reassured me, if I ever have any issues with my GENERATOR BEFORE THE NEXT SERVICE, TO FEEL FREE AND CALL . Ms. Lauren told me a service man by name Matt S. will be calling me at least 30 min. before his arrival.
