“I visit this store pretty often and I am usually greeted and treated very nicely. Reading the other reviews makes me sad that this location has had such poor run ins. I am happy this location is here. On one occasion i asked the owner what the best coffee flavor was after i noticed a new one put out. She replied that the breakfast blend is the most sold, but she enjoys the Hazel nut. I have tried and like both, but i usually go in for the breakfast blend. As this is a gas station i think it is extremely ugly of people to rate their customer service so low. There is no expectation that a gas station clerks should cater to your every request, so people calm down. Furthermore, I think the staff that has been here since its reopening have done a great job. The owner is always running around working hard and training people at the same time. I will continue to come to this location until i no longer work in Arlington.”

“As someone who has had tremendous misfortune happen over the last year, this team single handedly lifted me from rock bottom. After my wife of 20 years left me to become a tax attorney, I lost everything. My home, my belongings, and my two pet tortoises were viciously ripped away by the legal system. As I struggled to find a home and my footing again I asked, “Why? Why me?”. I needed a break…some sort of luck. Much to my surprise the Arlington Housing Authority was able to assist me. It was as if it were a sign from the heavens. I spoke with a young man who, like me, was a former marine. We talked about how better days were coming and that what I learned in training was all I needed to rebound. Hoorah…After a 2 hour conversation I immediately dusted myself off, walked right into the front doors of JP Morgan and demanded a job. They hired me on the spot and now I own a 6 bedroom house. Thank you Arlington Housing Authority…. thank you”

“Donna, the spa director, was absolutely wonderful. I took my wife here to get her hair done, and Donna was genteel and a lovely hostess. She gave us coffee while my wife filled out some info, and I waited. I had originally spoken to Donna while trying to find a salon that could do my wife's hair, since she tends to like funky colors and cuts. She was completely honest, and I felt like I could trust her opinion of the cost and who would be a good fit.
