“We've been renting from these guys since back in the early 2000's and I can tell you they've always been professional and courtesy. Their was never anything shady about them, they've always treated us great. What's that saying?? Treat others as you'd want them to treat you... They do like any other establishment first come first serve and they don't rush as you wouldn't want them to rush when they are dealing with you. It's a vehicle they are loaning out not a bicycle. “Great experience. My car died and I needed something ASAP to get to work until my car was repaired. They had a car available and i was able to pick up same day no problems. The only issue was it was a Saturday and they couldn't pick me up at my apartment to get the car because they were short staffed. That wasn't a huge problem because I lucked out and ordered a lyft for cheap. Check in experience was easy, drop off was super easy. Would recommend, excellent customer service.”
