“Will never go to another fitness center! I started with physical therapy next door after 3 consecutive surgeries on my knee in 6 months. They were great in transitioning me to the gym. All of the gym staff are wonderful! Friendly and helpful. They require cleaning after every machine use, and provide the supplies to do so. They have everything you would need for people like me just building up strength to walk, all the way to things for people like my son, who i attempting to become the incredible hulk. “Love the vibe at this quaint Studio. I was in town and took a Lagree class with Stacy. I’ve never done any type of Pilates or reformer training before and she did a great job making me feel comfortable and quickly getting me up to speed with the rest of the group. The other participants were all super nice and helpful as well. I typically lift weights and do functional training and was surprised at how good of a workout Lagree was. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.”
