“I've been going to this gym now for just over a month, and I love it. It's a very large gym, with a small indoor track upstairs. I love the amount of cardio equipment. The staff are super friendly here... the locker room could use an update... in fact I'd highly suggest an update. With that said, I'd like to give the staff a suggestion. You have 2 squat racks and 3 smith machines... get rid of 2 Smith Machines and add 2 more squat racks. There are simply too many people at this gym who come and just camp out at a machine or some equipment for far too long. 1 guy, just yesterday, was at one of the squat racks, sitting more than working out, for longer than 40 minutes. There needs to be some supervision by the staff to make sure that the equipment is not being camped at. The squat racks need to have a time limit of 15 minutes, until you all get more squat racks.”

“How can you not love a gym with the title Warrior Fitness, and it’s a non profit! That’s a no brained for me. I started going to the gym when the owner ran it out of his garage and I must say, it has come a long way since it started! If you hated the military when you were in, then decided you missed it after you got out, come to this gym ????. The camaraderie is what you are looking for here. This is not a regular gym, everyone that goes will become family. Both owners are wounded warriors and one is a below the knee amputee. If you wonder how these guys can run a gym it’s the knowledge and experience they gained while on active duty that has led them to this point! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!”

“This place was my first yoga session and it was amazing. I felt like the moves were very empowering but also relaxing. The breathing and the moves were all connected. Nickie was the instructor that day. Her voice was also very soothing which really helped me get in a peaceful state. Her poses were doable for beginners and she also invites challenging poses if the students could follow. Her vibe was really chill also. “Starting back S&W to get back into shape after getting my vaccinations. Unfortunately, they have had to cut back on their group class schedule. I used to go to Body Pump on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at Highpoint or Del Norte, but there is no Tuesday class at either location. So I tried Riverpoint's Body Pump class at 9:30AM. It's 6-minute longer drive to Riverpoint then Del Norte from my house, so it's not too bad. Same quality of instructors and equipment. I'm still hoping that the Highpoint Body Pump glass gets reinstated.”
