I don't think that I have ever been able to touch my toes without bending my knees for as long as I can remember. My time at StrechLab has been AMAZING! The owner and the flexologist are the best. They take time to get to know you, how you are, what area is bothering you, and really want to help you FEEL BETTER! Its worth every penny that I spend. I go to the Chiropractor then to StrechLab each week. Since going, I can now touch my toes, which is a huge win for me. If your skeptical, give it a try! You wont regret it!”

“In my travels, I had the opportunity for I visit my his PF location. Took me a bit to find it, but only because it’s tucked in the back. I have to say, though, I was impressed as I walked in. Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is a very clean location and there are plenty of machines and weight areas. But I have to add, I was more impressed with the Black Card member area, as they have a good amount of chairs/loungers and a cool new virtual one, as well. Before checking in to one, a friendly staff member was very patient with me and helpful. If I’m near here, I would definitely be visiting again.”

“I love this gym! Plenty of free weights and cardio equipment. Friendly staff and they keep a clean shop. There is also plenty of room outside to run and get some sun. There are a couple of tires that I use to throw around or hit with my mace. Good community of people who are managing covid as best we can. I'm so glad this gym is open and I hope that it can stay open for the rest of the year.”

“Tried out this gym for the first time bout 1 month ago and I highly recommend it!! If you're looking to get a quick work out in from HIIT type of workout to Yoga and burn lots of calories in a short time, give this place a shot. I was hooked after the first class. The benefits of working out here is: convenience (24hrs), clean, friendly, you can book your class on the app, they have a free weights section in addition to the hot saunas. Don't let the word sauna mislead you, there is a difference here due to the infrared benefit. Regular saunas heats up the air whereas this type of sauna uses infrared heat to penetrate your muscles. My experience is less soreness afterwards, skin improvement, and you feel amazing after you’ve worked out. The one thing I do love is the staff, friendly welcoming and knowledgeable about the whole program. Angie is wonderful so kind hearted and helpful. Make sure to bring your water bottle!!”

I was able to complete my workouts, pay my dues in sweat, and knock out my burpees because Jocko told me to LOL. “I joined the exercise coach McKinney the end of January 2023! The program has contributed to weight loss and also education to do working out and the importance of nutrition. I am not an athlete and have always had problems sticking to a routine. This program changed my relationship to fitness and food in a good way. The workouts push you to your limits but it’s only 20 mins! If you stick to it and have a good nutrition plan you will see results and feel great. The staff and owners are amazing and easy to work with.I highly recommend this place! Especially to busy people. 20 minutes twice a week and it is a full body work out!”

I started last November at 335 pounds and I am currently weighing 210 pounds. This is the perfect gym for me and what I was trying to accomplish. I am extremely busy but Hotworx allows me to get my workout accomplished without have to spend hour and hours everyday in the gym. The hotblast and thunder row are my favorite machines and the 130 degree temperature helps with detox. I have truly found a home. I encourage if any of you are in Cypress to give Hotworx a try.
